Not phoning us when alarm goes of

On Saturday early morning about 3 on 11/07/2015 we received an alarm. No one from ADT phoned us to make sure that we were okay. I send them an email complaint on Monday, 13/07/2015 and I received the undermentioned feedback... still waiting.... last night, 15/07/2015 at about 22:40, we again received an alarm.
