Not impressed... Poor Service Tech manager Prince

I made arrangements for a tech to come out, Left work early and came home to meet the tech on site. The tech then stated that he needed an assistant and that he would reschedule. I am not impressed as I did state that I was extending my home and needed the beam moved. I was not asked about the scope of work etc and I'm not a tech to know how your operation runs, Asked them for a tech to come out on Saturday and your Tech manager said they can't, This needs to be sorted out asap as I expected this done before the weekend. You guys should accept responsibility and correct this... As stated I'm not impressed especially with your Tech Manager Prince
