NOT IMPRESSED BY THE QUALITY OF SERVICE RECEIVED

My alarm keeps going off ..Zone 6 of which is my outside Beam. I then paid R200 for the guys to come out as i was told that the Sensor is maybe too high. Alarm is still going off and last month i had to pay R115 extra for callouts and up till now that same zone keeps going off ...WHAT DID THE GUYS DO WHEN I PAID R200 the first time as i shouldn't have had issues and not have had to pay R115 for callouts when this should have been done properly the first time
