Not getting assistance with my alarm
Ive been using this security company only for a year, my system was changed the first after 4mnth of using it because it didn't give signal to them. Fast forward now my alarm system that they say it will last 48 hors is now 2 hours then if goes off. They came and check they say I must buy a new B3 when they came to change the radio why dint they change the bactery. Now me and my kids we nolonger safe since it's this 4hour loadshedding so it simply means they will pay me for my good and also pay me for my stress. I'm paying them never missed a premium but this is what i get and it's not tht only when you answer their call to say hang up we will call you for more assistance they never call. The other day it did the same told them to send the car I don't even know if the car was here or not because I never revived any call to say all is in order in the house. This people they are selling us a life they don't have morals and integrity for their customers whol are reliable on them.

13 Sept 2023, 20:29Ive recieved the call today as they promised but I was at working told the lady to call me at 12 so we can talk but she never called me, same thing heppened again alarm off then they auto call me and not recieved service gain on the update if they went and check the house or not. I'm talking to you it's off we had load shedding now at 6 but it of and it's only pass 8,can I please get a way forward on this because I'm not safe and this hour loadshedding what must i do not sleep because what I'm paying for it's not working or the thing is for me to just not pay so I can get my service. When they dispatch a car to check they must call me to say all in order,i cant even say im a happy customer because simce I had this alarm im hving problem instead of safety what they sell to is a not what they portray.

17 Sept 2023, 07:35I call ADT now im being told I must buy a new battery since it doesn't last 48 hours that they mentioned on the contract which is R1500 where must I get that money while I've been reported this alarm since I got it. Whne they check my calls regarding this alarm it's more than enough to show that its not reliable. Told them to pay back all my monthly fees that I paid because I get 2hour service instand of 48 hours and so they can take thier system and get a new system else where. This security company when you are signed on they don't care about your needs but your money. I want my money they take their system so I can get a new service

Now they debited and they still want me to pay the battery and services. I've been send to piller to post, they will call me since Friday,another **** from them again. Let them come collect im tired and frustrated of this.
