Not cancelling

I lodged complaint earlier this month abt my system that doesn't work while paying for months before i noticed. Seems i wasnt the only 1 to notice. I cancelled adt sent an email giving notice as advised by a consultant! but guess what they dont know nothing about it... I cnt keep paying for r450 for an adt board... How do these companies act like cancelling is optional even if they get the instruction they can choose to ignore it. Last night i arrived home and my house was broken into. I ddnt pay adt fr a fashionable look i paid it cause i know, theres people probly even neighbors wanting break in. To have a system that just looks like it works while payin 450 n been payin for 5 yrs is unacceptable. I dont mind the break in i hv nothng and since i noticed my system doesnt wrk i put my valuables in my car, yeap its that life like im homeless with a car... but now Adt... Can you please i beg you can you please cancel my contract with you so i can look elsewhere. Please oh holy ones accept that i dont want to donate anymore and give me a cancellation confirmation
