Non response response company

Body corporate and we have an existing radio service response with ADT in gardens Cape Town which we would like to modify or add to but try as we might , after several calls taking our time and money we cant seem to talk to anyone ( phone seems to always get cut off or hung up?) nor does Nicole S get back to us as she has apparently promised our portfolio manager she would ........?
