Non existent Service

<p>I have had an ongoing alarm issue since Sept 2016. Initially I was fobbed off as sorry its your fault, power surge, whilst still under guarantee. I rejected that brush off and have been totally ignored ever since.</p> <p>Sandiselwe Mazibuko was dealing with my complaint but cannot be bothered to even do one follow up properly - just ignores me. He pushed this onto Logen Naidoo - I assume this man does not exist!! Zero response. Really ADT who employs people like this?</p>
