Non existent service

Our alarm was triggered by ourselves by accident on Wednesday at about 6pm, when we were on our way to the beach WITH our dogs. They phoned to my husbands cell, but couldn't get through to us because his battery died. When we came back at form the beach at about 7pm we got a call from ADT control desk, informing us that the guards were there but couldn't inspect our property because the dogs wouldn't allow them in. BUT THE DOGS WERE AT THE BEACH WITH US. In other words - he **** and he was probably never even at our property. At 9pm the guard came to our house - asking us for our password etc. This was now 3 hours after the alarm went off. <br> <br> The night before (Tuesday), we accidently set off the alarm too- and they took an hour to get to our house. What's the point of having an alarm if they 1, or EVEN 3 hours AFTER your alarm went off?????? <br> <br> These are just two of numerous complaints we've had - the speaker they installed is barely audible, and we were once without any alarm for about 2 months - because they couldn't manage to come and fix their faulty hardware that they installed. We paid though.<br> <br> Terrible, pointless service. Will never use ADT again or recommend it to anyone.
