No visibility

Good day, i no longer see any officers coming to check on us as supposed to, i have tried to cancel but i will be told they will tell the officers to come and drop off slips which will be done a few days then they stop. Sometimes a security officer by the name of Phumudzo Tshusa will just pass to check on us and please bear in mind its not his area but he will just pass if he is not busy. Can you please ask officers to patrol or just allow me to cancel, i am now tired of talking one thing over and over again.
