No vehicles in suburb but high costs

Numerous times we call or our alarm goes off by the time Adt finally arrived it was 15-20 min<br> 2013 ******* came in because of late response<br> I ask for patrols because of high brake in area then no show<br> It's pathetic over charge for services they can put 2 vehicles in each suburb seeing that costs are so easily charged.<br> When phoning in they say e sorry we will inform person in control nothing happens services still up to.... <br> We pay them they must deliver <br> Not sit and chat under trees or have excuses.<br> There are people tied up in houses thousands of break ins life is difficult that's why we joined a so called good armed response.<br> All they care about is the debit orders.
