NO TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Had appointment for technician on 1 Dec morning. Ref nr ********** 2. 12 45 Still nobody arrived.
I phoned at 12:03 . The person said he can see that I have a appointment but cannot see anybody was appointed. I had to hold on and after 10 minutes just cut off!
Phned again, spoke to Candy Try to put me through to technical manager. There is no answer. By 12:20 I was cut off!
Phoned again, spoke to Mbali. Try to get hold of technical manager but no answer! By 12:30 phone cut off again!!
Phone again! Spoke to Ntuweneni. He said he will put me through to technical manager Galafani Masilela. By 12 :48 no answer and phone cut off again!!!!
Can client service be worse than this?
