Recently received an e-mail from ADT with an attachment explaining in great depth the importance of maintaining ones back up battery and more so the damage that could be caused by the continuous power outages being experienced. Their recommendation is to install a power back up with relay to ensure uninterrupted and reliable back up power supply.<br> I wanted to enquire more about this system and the first \technician"I spoke to had no idea what this entails but asked to me to hang on whilst she enquires from another \""technician\"" After holding on for at least 7 or so minutes I hung up. Phoned again and spoke to another \""technician\"" and again a similar story. After again holding on for at least 5 minutes she came back to say that she would have someone call me back"
