No signal from my alarm system

On the 16 Feb 2015 my alarm went off at about 23.20pm I waited for the control room to call and say they received an alarm signal but nothing happened 15 mins later I called the control room who informed me that did not received a signal but will send an reaction offer out and will get the technical dept to call me in the morning. I have still not received a call from the technical dept. <br> When Adt debits my bank account on the 1st of every month they don't have a problem getting the money but know that I need a service from them they do not render that service. My house is unprotected and I feel as to why am I paying a security company if I'm not protected by them.<br> <br> Because I had no service for the month of Feb 2015 I would like to request a refund or I will be stopping my debit order on the 1st of March 2015. I would like that a technician come out and have a look at my alarm that's not working.<br> <br> <br> <br> <br>
