No Service No Security what am I paying for.

<p>I installed an ADT system last year February as I was wowed by the sales man an the service he was selling. The alarm was not even installed for a week when I started experiencing problems with the system not working. Getting them back out was a nightmare having to make constant phone calls to React Alarms with no joy. It took weeks for the problem to be resolved every time they sent someone when they left the problem was not fixed. This alarm has hardly been working for the past year with numerous call outs placed with both React Alarms and Adt direct. At this point my dealer warranty is up and I now fall under Adt who wants to charge me R550 for a call out everytime this alarm doesn't work which is all the time, what am I paying them for. Never has a payment been missed yet I have no security and I'm required to just pay up due to their faulty equipment. I have absolutely had it with Adt iv spent a fortune on airtime nobody bothers to call you back all you get told is that technical are busy and they will call you back, I'm still waiting. I am no longer prepared to endure this type of treatment especially as I'm a paying customer. This alarm needs to be removed and I'll do business with someone else because I can't be paying for a ornament.</p>
