No Service! No Assistance!

In 2012 beams were installed at the front and back of our property. We had a break in on Friday 13 Feb. The alarm didn't go off at all. We then pressed the panic button to call armed response who then arrived a while later. We asked them to make a note for head office to send a tech out as soon as possible. The following day at 8am we called head office and they were not given any note to contact us, they said they would send someone out that day but nobody came. Monday morning 8am, we again called, they again said they would send out a tech and eventually did. He done a full check and could not find anything wrong with system. We insisted another two checks be done before letting him leave. He then discovered that the back beams were not working and not connected to armed response. This is shocking to say the least. We have students staying at that property and they are fuming and threatening to leave! We have been in contact with Waldo trying o get a tech to come out and fix the problem but he now seems to be avoiding us. We need someone to fix this today as it is threatening our business. We are being told they can only send someone out on Thursday which is totally ridiculous.
