No service delivery quick to take your money

My +- R 450 installment should guarantee me some peace of mind. Tonight was the last straw! Going to get a competitive view of security company that can actually protect people. This is second incident. 1st incident a month ago i had to wait 45 minutes for armed response to actually come through i had to wait outside the house the entire time. Thank goodness this wasn't a real emergency didn't activate alarm correctly when i left the house. Tonight my husband accidentally tripped the alarm no response from ADT. So if this again had to be a real emergency no assistance would be available. How does this company live with their choices....this is real life and a service we pay for. Please don't even bother contacting me again with your sob stories about resources this is not my problem! You should be ashamed
