No service at ADT Security

I lodged a complaint on Hellopeter that you don't get any service of ADT and that they are debiting my bank account ********ly, ADT said they will phone me back that same day, it is again 6 days later and I still haven't heard anything from ADT. I keep on phoning the call centre and they also say someone will phone me back, no one comes back to you, you don't get any response from ADT Security.
