NO SERVICE

I am not impressed with their administration system, I have made payment, proof emailed, after they made the error, and then get a sms account in arrears, trying to phone and speak to a manager is impossible, as they make you hold forever just to get disconnected! And then eventually when you do get hold of the administration department, to get told "I can see your account has been paid" then why send a sms!!!
