no service

I cancelled a contract with them end July 2015 and still there went x2 debit orders off from my bank account. 1st debit order 25/08/15 and 2nd debit order 25/09/15. phoned the Bloemfontein branch for assistance and did not receive any results from them.<br> <br> I then contacted the head office in Johannesburg. Almost one month later, and still no one contacted me regarding my query. Phoned the Bloem branch again last week Thursday and the lady promised me that she would find out what the hold up was, and will call me back.<br> <br> Still waiting for her to call. No customer service whatsoever from all persons involved that I spoke to.
