No Service!

ADT technical services are a disappointment, their armed response is good and that is why we have kept them so long. We installed a new alarm and unfortunately the Technician that installed it said that he cannot setup the Radio from ADT as it continually gives the wrong alarm, I then proceeded to call ADT where they confirmed that no one is able to setup their radio but them. I requested a technician to come out and set up the Radio and an appointment for Thursday the 26/11/2015 was given to me at a cost of R240 call out. I arranged my private Technician to also be available so that if there were any problems we could have it solved immediately. ADT Technical did not adhere to their appointment, after repeated calls and complaints a technician has still not been sent to my house, so in actual fact my alarm is dead because no signal is sent to ADT. This is pathetic service, putting my family's security at risk. THANK YOU ADT TECHNICAL for NO service empty promises and then still wanting to charge me for it.
