no service

the day I signed was the last good service ....afterwards they came to do some work , they did not hesitate to take the funds from my account .....after that nothing ....I sms Jamie the lady who came out to sign me up but nothing...I emailed ashlin at head office also nothing ...I called the call center spoke to Richard told him what the problem was and up to today nobody has made contact with me...I offen test my alarm for minutes on end but no response ...I might have better luck with a dog
