No service

Our office alarm system has been faulty for over 6 months now, we have called Tim no less than once a week in the past months but he has never pitched! He knows the level of break inns in the building our offices are in we are in the Durban CBD. He told us how important it is to have the alarm fitted as ********* go as far as climbing through the air conditioning system to get in and they have actually done it in the particular office that we are in the past occupant had 15 laptops and other stuff ****** like that We have tried fighting with him, begging him etc. but to no avail. We don't know what to do anymore probably cancel or contract with ADT and get Chubb or whoever.
