No service

A month ago i laid a complaint with Marvin the most useless Manager at ADT. My alarm was activated due to trespasses in my yard. When we presses the alarm they fled by jumping over the wall, the response centre vehicle pulls up in our the circle, but it was to cold for the officer to get out of the vehicle and enter my property using the key to the pad lock to secure the perimiter. He stood for a few min and drives off. These guys where oviously watching this as they returned damaged all spot lights to reduce visibility around the house and stole all my yard tools. No body wants to take responsibility I have been calling in and my call are transfered from pillar to post and every Manager makes promises and to date a month later my query has not been resolved. I pay for a service I'm not getting. The following managers should be managers as they are just as useless as the response from adt. Marvin, Tuli, Qiette.
