No service

i had my alarm system installed which I paid for but it is always sending false alarms. When I report it they do not return my calls or my emails.I have asked them to remove their system and return my money but then they refuse and offer to repair it but they never do. I have started looking for another supplier cause ADT is useless and they do not care about their clients.
