No response when technical team does not come for

II took off work as a doctor in a hospital as I had a technician arranged to sort out a faulty system due to lightning. I called 15 minutes after they were meant to arrive and told that I will be called back shortly. Nobody arrived and when I try to call back I am put on hold for over 15 minutes without getting to speak to someone. Now I have a system that does not work that I am paying for. It has cost me financially to be available for this appointment and as a medical doctor the amount I missed out on is ridiculous. The call centre does not answer the phone. Worst service ever with false promises.
