No response to request
On 09/01 and again on 05/02, I asked ADT to update my email address on their system. Today, I received another emailed statement at the old address. So absolutely nothing has been done.<br> <br> Now we resort to what sometimes seems to be the only way to get things done in this country.<br> <br> Is there anybody at ADT who can fix this?
