No response to refund

Onn19/01/2016 I consulted with Mr. Mungilima to link an alarm system to them for 132 Huntington Road, Brakpan. I told him that I am not 100% that I wanted to link or not. On 22 January 2016 I informed him to cancel and not to link my alarm system. No radio was ever installed, thus the service not rendered. Debit order was deducted from my account on 1 February 2016. On 02 February 2016 I contacted and emailed ADT, spoke to Sebusi, Katleho, [Email Removed] I have contacted him numerous times, asking for the refund. To date he has not contacted me nor has he taken my calls. I have asked to speak to his line manager, but my call is cut short.
