NO response to Panic alarm

Panic button pressed last night.... No response at all. Call centre and asked why. ... the Supervisor conducts a test tells me he will phone me in 5 minutes I waited 30 I called him back! He very casually says.... oh sorry about that.! He will get a technician out to me sometime today he can't say when. I said who is your supervisor I don't have one was his response. I questioned if he was the owner he stated no but his manager will only be available on Monday. I had called before when I pushed the panic and was told our vehicles are busy we will get someone to you when available. This seems to be the general service that ADT provides! FYI I pushed my panic last night when someone tried to open the gate! A few hpurs later there was a ******* in my road gun shots fired! ADT missing in action.... I am sick to my stomach of what could have happened! My neighbourhood watch was in contact with me seconds after they had BLUE come out whose not my service provider! Clearly ADT has to many clients not enough security staff or absolutely NO concern about servicing or keeping clients!
