No response to any communication or promises made
I have struggled since Dec 2016 to get ADT to install my full alarm as paid for but I get just promises. And the last few months I just get that someone will phone me but never does. Logged HelloPeter 31 May - received a promised in June 2017 that they will now come and install. Nothing happened!! Logged HelloPeter 30 Aug - no response Logged HelloPeter 20 Sept - no response Logged HelloPeter 3 Oct - no response Do they even exist?? - ooo yes - they do take my monthly subscription for half an alarm though
