No response to alarm

I have been trying the adt call centre in east london and there is no response at all. I called cape town and spoke to the 3 ladies who keep me on hold for 10 minutes and cut my call eventually they tell me they too cannot get hold of east london. I have asked if the team nor management in east have cell phones because should there be an emergency and one cannot get through to the call centre then that is disastrous. My alarm went off yesterday morning and there was no response nor telephone call from adt and that is what i am trying to find out from them. The CT branch says that no signal went through to adt now i need to know what am i paying for monthly if the signal from my house is not going through to the company i am paying.
