No Response is also a Response!

I phone ADT Security on Monday afternoon to get a quote. The sales person put me through to the Springs branch, but there was no answer. The call was cut as no one answered. The sales person phoned me back and said she sent an email to the branch asking them to give me a call as soon as possible. It's Friday and I still haven't received a phone call from ADT SECURITY. If this is how much they care about sales, I am really glad they haven't phoned me back yet because it's a reflection of what their response to an emergency will be as well. Highly disappointed!
