No response in terms of technician

On monday 12 October 2015,I contacted the call centre due to the problems that I have been experiencing since last week with my alarm.I was promised to be contacted back and I was told that a technician will also contact me.Till today no one has contacted me and my alarms keeps on going on/off everyday since last week.What am I suppose to do cause I am not getting any help clearly my safety is not important. What is the point of paying every month...ADT securities have come to my house on many occasions since the padt 2weeks.CAN THE MATTER BE RESOLVED,IM TIRED OF SAYING ONE THING OVER AND OVER.....I need help!!!Even today it also happened.....
