NO RESPONSE from Armed Response

We were alerted to an alarm activation at our house. We were not at home at the time and advised them to send the response vehicle to check. Fortunately we were not too far away and around 25 minutes later my husband got home to find...front door wide open - electric gate off rail.....alarm not going off (no noise) and no response vehicle in sight. He then phoned the call centre and within a couple of minutes the vehicle arrived. When quizzed as to why he had not been there, he advised he had not been called until then and responded immediately - he was only 2 blocks away and had been parked there for a while.<br> <br> We spoke to him and also due to a complaint on the website that we did an agent from that section. They both promised we would have feedback the next day as to what happened. Well it has now been 5 days and even chasing up on the mail from the website (which promises 24 hour response) this has been to no avail. No one returns our calls etc etc. How do we now feel safe and with a service which we have been paying in vain for all these years.
