No response from armed response

I had three break-ins and ADT was unable to assist. During the first incident, the hardware wasn't installed and during the second and third, the hardware wasn't working. I asked them to investigate the incidents, but they refused. I asked them to fix the equipment, but it's still not working. I've send 32 emails and made 12 phone calls, speaking with 5 individuals, but it is still not working. I asked them to refund my money and cancel the contract, but still no response. Do not count on armed response when you pay for armed response.
