No response from ADT to a cancellation request

ADT staff do no respond to emails sent. On the 9th December 2020 after a telephonic discussion with ADT, I was emailed a cancellation request which I submitted on the same day. Having received no response, I again emailed Noloyiso Hlazo requesting a response. To date no response. It is such a waste of time to have to perpetually follow-up on such matters.
