No response from ADT after a week

I sent a request to ADT on Monday, 09/11/2015 complaining about them making black marks on our walls when jumping over when our alarm is triggered as well as requesting technical assistance. To date, (a week later) no feedback was received. I beg to ask why we are paying monthly fees if these guys can't even have the decency to reply to an email of one of their clients?
