No response from ADT

Last week Monday Sept 11th i sent cancellation letter to them. I even send them a message on their Facebook page. Some lady called after reading my Facebook comment and promised to cone back to me. Now 10 days later I'm still waiting for ADT to at least acknowledge receipt of my letter. Any way I'll just have to stop the payments since I'm paying cash.
