No response from ADT

On March 2015, I wrote to ADT Security informing them of my decision to cancel my contract as it does add value to property. Mr Vusi Ngwenya responded that I cannot cancel my contract. I wrote again detailing my legal right as stated in the contract. Since then he has never bothered to respond to my reply. I forwarded the e-mail again to him on 17 March and to other ADT personnel that I managed to get their e-mail address but my efforts remained fruitless. <br> <br> Again, I call the customer helpdesk several times, requesting to talk to him or anyone who could help finalize the matter but only to hold on until end the of the earth. <br> <br> I have lost trust and respect for ADT as a sensible and reputable company. It's worse than Home Affairs dept. <br> <br> In case you think of acquiring security provider for your property looks else, ADT is definitely not the company to work with. Unreliable!!!<br>
