No response for reconnection of service from Jan14
My wife reported that she was madically boarded and couls no longer afford the fees and that I (her husband) would take over the contract and continue with services. She has been trying to resolve this from January 2014 but to date we have no response. I called them 4 times in the past month but always get empty promises. I want to reconnect the services urgently as my wife is sickly and I need security for her and my house. Please help me get an urgent response.
