No response

So I don't know if you guys like seeing us complain on hello Peter or what. My alarm went off last night when my mom came to the house unexpectedly and again this morning when I triggered it to see if you guys will call or come since no one responded last night. I had this issue 2 month ago and technicians came to fix the radio. So clearly your equipment isn't working and I'm unsafe while you guys take money from my account every month for armed response. This is poor and excuse my language but **** service. If you cannot render proper service to me then give me all my money back.
