No response at all

Yesterday afternoonw when I came back from work my alarm accidentally came on, but I wasn't happy to see that it took more than 5 minutes for ADT to confirm the alarm. I ignored the call on purpose just to see how long will they take to respond to it but they never arrived. Saddest thing is I pay a lot of money for this alarm but it doesn't seem like I'm protected, I always see ADT security cars patrolling at Glenwood n I'm only 10 minutes away from Glenwood. I'm beginning to think this company take us for granted just because we are not in the suburbs and we are only a black community. It's not the first time that this is happening, I spoken to them before but it shows that they don't care
