No response and lack of respect towards clients.

I have contract with ADT armed response, on the 31st December there was a break-in,in my house keypad was removed but ADT didn't respond until I came back home to find that there was a break-in,I went to their Polokwane office to find out why they didn't respond and not even aware of what happened in my house, after some days they gave me a report which everything on the report was wrong,I asked for answers from them,they have been ducking and diving,the person who supposed to give answers is always not available,and they are not even making efforts,and the lady at reception was very rude when I go to ask for answers.
