NO RESPONSE AFTER ALARM ACTIVATION
It happens very regularly that no armed response person pitch at my premises after alarm activation. It's now 45 min and no-one arrived yet. Very bad attitude from call center and so-called supervisor. PATHETIC SERVICE. I'm paying for nothing. By now all of the residents are killed and the house emptied!! Now ADT gives load-shedding the blame!!
