No response

ADT is highly unreliable! Probably the worst security company that I have had to deal with. We had an emergency situation and hit the alarm for the response team to respond and come and assist us as soon as possible. However, 2 hours following the incident and after contacting them numerous times there was no response team to assist us. This is highly unacceptable as we could still be in danger.
