No response

My mom contact me and informed me that there are two people by her front door who is ignoring her pleas to leave the premises.She activated the panic button and 5 minutes later they phoned me and confirm if they must still dispatch the armed response.I informed them yes as I was also on my way.The first activation of the panic button was 17h00.I arrived with the people still not leaving and waited for the response.Half an hour later with no response vehicle arriving on the scene I activated the panic button again.No response from Atd and we waited an hour before the people left.Is THIS what we pay for????What if it was a serious incident.I am really contemplating moving to a different company.This is really shocking!!!

I'm trying to make contact with the Armed Response Manager in PE whom I spoke to yesterday, but keep getting his voicemail.  

I spoke to him yesterday afternoon and he advised that he has a meeting with you yesterday.  Please confirm if he met with you, or your Mom.  If not then I will follow up with him again tomorrow to provide me with feedback.
