No Response!!!

Reply A for a Quote, B for More info, C to opt out<br> <br> I rep**** A and to date I am awaiting a call from them. This is supposed to a security company and I got to wait over 5 days for a call. What happens in the event of an emergency or my alarm going off do I also wait 5 days for a response??????
