NO RESPONSE

This morning at 02:05am my alarm at home went off. After receiving a call from ADT's control rooms, my husband advised the consultant twice to hold to investigate why it went off as we were not sure what triggered the alarm. He asked the consultant to dispatch a response vehicle to our premises in order for us to do a thorough investigation. Guess what, we still waiting on the response vehicle. Anything could have happened, my family could have been hurt or worst killed early this morning with no response or help from our security company which we are not asking for a favor but paying for the service. ADT vehicles are parking at the Total garage in Sophiatown or at Phillips which is 3 blocks away from where I stay. <br> <br> Funny thing today a friend of mine got called twice as her alarm went off at home. She advised them that her kids are at home and has conformed with them that everything was in order. The consultant insisted on her password and when she refused to provide her password a vehicle was dispatched to her house...wow .<br> <br> Time to move to another Security company
