No response

Adt istalled a radio transmitter security system in our home because Telkom decided to abort landline operating phones. Since installation the alarm triggers were not working and we were not called when it happens. After reporting the problem Adt sent a technician to fix the transmitter and it worked for a month. Now its back to the old problem and they dont respond to emails reporting the fault
