No respons

Hi I canceled my adt three months ago and sent them emails canceling it to date i have had no response from them in any way there radio was taken out and I requested them to collect it to date no one has contacted me.My other question is if the radio is not working why have I not had someone contact me saying they are not receiveing a signal and why are they still putting debit order through?
