No refund as promised
I cancelled my contract on 11 November 2015. I was promised a refund on the radio licence fee. I have called several times to the call centre and nobody is able to assist. I try calling Ranjay and his phone just rings. <br> <br> Terrible show from ADT. Think twice before signing up with them.
